Pro tradiční fabriku v Kostelci nad Labem, a relativně nový provoz v Počernicích hledáme nové kandidáty/ky na pozici Seřizovač.

- možnost zaškolení v Německu - 6 týdnů

Náplň práce:

- seřizuje stroje dle daných parametrů výrobků - provádí převzetí strojů a pracoviště od předcházející směny - provádí seřizování a údržbu (vizuální kontrolu) strojů spojenou s výrobním procesem - provádí montáž a demontáž forem strojů, jejich seřizení a rozjetí - provádí běžnou údržbu svěřených manipulačních prostředků - pracuje (každodenně) s funkcemi programu NORIS a SAP editace položek přes formulář - užívá a obsluhuje VZV - dodržuje veškeré stanovené technologické postupy - vede evidenci parametrů strojů - kontroluje kvalitu vyráběných tvarovek a kvalitu kompaudace - udržuje pořádek a čistotu na pracovišti - dodržuje zásady a pokyny definované vnitřními předpisy a procedurami systému integrovaného managementu - dodržuje zásady BOZP, PO a ochrany životního prostředí

Zodpovídá za: - chod a údržbu strojů (základní) na pracovišti Je oprávněn: - zastupovat mistra v době jeho nepřítomnosti - předkládat nové nápady a připomínky

  • znalost a zkušenost se seřizováním vsřikovacích strojů
  • odborná praxe - alespoň 2-3 roky
  • organizační dovednosti
  • obsluha zdvihacích zařízení (jeřábník, vazač)
  • obsluha tlakových nádob – platí pro vybrané zaměstnance
  • obsluha VZ
  • samostatnost, rozhodnost
  • znalost práce na PC (Word, Excel, Noris)

V rámci 6 týdenního výcviku v Německu - ubytování plně hrazené, diety dle směrnice o zahraniční služební cestě + bonusový příplatek od firmy
