Pro mezinárodní technologickou špičku v oboru hledáme senior procesního inženýra s duší lídra, který se nezalekne výzvy a dokáže přinést hmatatelné výsledky. Náš klient má rozběhnutý klíčový projekt, který potřebuje dostat na maximální výkon. Hledáme hands-on experta, který se nebojí vyhrnout si rukávy, projít si komplexní výrobní linku z nadhledu, posoudit kompletní proces od A do Z a přinést řešení.

Tato role je příležitostí i pro manažery, kteří se chtějí vrátit více ke kořenům – k poctivé procesní technice, práci přímo v provozu a vedení menšího, úzce specializovaného týmu.

co vás čeká

  • optimalizace projektu - stabilizace a optimalizace běhu výrobního projektu, který potřebuje nový směr a vyladění na maximální výkon
  • zavádění inovací – kompletní posouzení a propojení jednotlivých fází rozsáhlé technologické linky s inženýrským nadhledem (tvarování, broušení, tep.opracování, barvení, povrchová úprava)
  • analytická diagnostika – definování klíčových dat, statistické vyhodnocování procesů a navrhování chytrých systémových změn
  • strategická spolupráce – koordinace klíčových inženýrských aktivit napříč výrobou, kvalitou a supply chainem pro zajištění nejvyššího standardu
  • metodické řízení rizik – provádění analýz PFMEA, nastavování standardů a garantování procesní způsobilost
  • týmové kormidlo – vedení, podpora a rozvoj týmu čtyř výrobních inženýrů, kterým budete technickou oporou i mentorem
  • mezinárodní prezentace – obhajoba výsledků, dat a inovativních řešení v angličtině
  • silný procesní základ– několikaleté zkušenosti na pozici procesního inženýra nebo podobné pozice ve výrobním prostředí
  • hands-on přístup – ochota vyhrnout si rukávy, jít přímo na plochu a chápat procesy v detailu i v širších souvislostech
  • odborné know-how – hluboká znalost validace procesů, PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, SPC a analýzy kořenových příčin
  • přirozený leadership – zkušenosti s vedením lidí, rozvojem juniorních kolegů nebo projektovým řízením inženýrského týmu
  • data pod kontrolou – schopnost analytického myšlení, definice správných datových ukazatelů a návrhu fungujících řešení
  • tah na branku – doložitelné výsledky ve zvyšování efektivity OEE, snižování zmetkovitosti a úspěšné industrializaci nových produktů s reálným dopadem na byznys
  • jazyková výbava – plynulá angličtina nezbytná pro komunikaci se zahraničními kolegy
  • výhody navíc – certifikace Six Sigma (Green nebo Black Belt), praxe s pokročilou automatizací nebo znalost podnikového systému SAP vás posunou o krok napřed
