náplň práce ● Působení v regionu Praha-východ, operativní záskok v lokalitách po směru D11. ● Instalace, údržba a opravy profesionálních zařízení (pračky, sušičky, myčky, dezinfektory a další) u firemních zákazníků. ● Komplexní servisní práce, včetně konfigurace softwaru, připojení zařízení a nastavení parametrů sítě. ● Zaškolování uživatelů na obsluhu stroje a reprezentace společnosti Miele. ● Komunikace se zodpovědnými pověřenými pracovníky u zákazníků, kterými jsou různé restaurace, nemocnice, kliniky, prádelny a celkově medicínská zařízení. ● Plně automatizovaný a efektivní servis: Zásahy domlouvá centrální dispečink, zakázky přijímáte přes mobilní aplikaci. ● Vyjíždíte na zásahy přímo z domova (místo výkonu práce je Praha-východ či bydliště uchazeče). Nebudete muset denně dojíždět na pobočku. ● Logistika dílů je vyřešena: Zásoby a náhradní díly jsou dodávány přímo do Vašeho služebního vozu (dodávka), ke kterému mají zásobovači náhradní klíč. ● Spolupráce a podpora: Komunikace s oddělením obchodu a technické podpory. ● Neustálé systematické vzdělávání a práce na svých technických znalostech. ● Nadřízeným je Vedoucí servisu. ● Schopnost spolupracovat operativně v rámci servisu a možnost vypomoci kolegovi.

● Ukončené SŠ vzdělání v oboru elektro + platné oprávnění. ● Ochota dlouhodobě spolupracovat, reprezentovat značku, proklientský přístup, schopnost spolupracovat operativně. ● Týmový hráč, komunikace, otevřenost, upřímné jednání. ● Aktivní řidič. ● Zkušenosti se servisní činností a zákaznickým servisem nebo podobná praxe.

● 5 týdnů (25 dní) dovolené a navíc 1 den placeného volna v měsíci Vašich narozenin. ● Stabilní zázemí společnosti ● Služební automobil (dodávka) i pro soukromé účely. ● Technické vybavení: Mobilní telefon a notebook, obojí s možností využití i pro soukromé účely. ● Rozvoj: Komplexní zaškolení od profesionálů a po celou dobu spolupráce další odborná školení. ● Finanční benefity a příspěvky: Bonusy/prémie, příspěvek na stravování ve výši 123 Kč/den a příspěvek na penzijní/životní připojištění (po prvním roce spolupráce). ● Sport a volný čas: Možnost Multisport karty nebo SODEXO karty s příspěvkem 630 Kč/měsíc. ● Další výhody: Slevy až 40% na firemní produkty a pravidelné firemní akce. ● Možnost hrazeného rozvoje zaměstnavatelem dle volby.
