Our client is building a brand new team that is taking over assistance services for the German-speaking market. You will become the first point of contact for clients who need immediate help on the road, at home, or while traveling abroad.

job description

  • receiving calls from clients in emergency situations
  • fast and accurate evaluation of the situation
  • activating and coordinating assistance on-site
  • communicating with towing services, technicians, and physicians
  • monitoring and resolving cases to a successful conclusion
  • active daily use of the German language
  • logging data into internal systems in English
  • German language proficiency at a minimum level of C1
  • English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2
  • calm and empathetic approach to clients
  • attention to detail and conscientiousness
  • previous work experience is not required at all
  • part-time options available (from 20 hours/week)
  • base salary of 30,200 CZK + language surcharge of 10,000 CZK
  • quarterly bonuses averaging 13,500 CZK
  • sign-on bonus of 30,000 CZK
  • meal vouchers worth 150 CZK per day
  • home-office allowance of 1,200 CZK per month
