Pro našeho klienta hledáme zodpovědnou/ho a akční/ho kolegyni či kolegu. Vyznáte se v technických výkresech, máte zkušenosti z nákupu ve výrobě/strojírenství a umíte vést tým lidí i v dynamickém prostředí plném změn? Hledáme někoho, kdo nechce jen sedět v kanceláři, ale stane se oporou pro nákupní tým.

  • vedení a rozvoj týmu: budete oporou pro tým nákupních specialistů
  • dodavatelský řetězec: identifikace a hodnocení dodavatelů, poptávková řízení, jednání o podmínkách a vystavování objednávek
  • spolupráce s výrobou a projekty: řízení a kontrola zásob tak, aby výroba fungovala bez výpadků
  • administrativa a finance: schvalování faktur, správa dat v ERP (SAP) a cenové statistiky
  • cesty za dodavateli: občasné výjezdy za dodavateli a zajišťování přepravní dopravy
  • reporting: přímý reporting Vedoucímu logistiky a nákupu (komunikace probíhá v češtině)
  • minimálně 3 roky zkušeností v nákupu z výrobního prostředí (ideálně ocelové konstrukce, kovo / stavební prvky) a praxi s vedením lidí (podmínkou)
  • schopnost orientace ve výkresové dokumentaci a SŠ/VŠ technického směru
  • angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni (B2) pro využití v mezinárodním prostředí
  • výborné vyjednávací a komunikační schopnosti, pokročilou znalost MS Office a řidičský průkaz sk. B (výjezdy k dodavatelům)
  • odolnost vůči změnám, dynamickému tempu a chuti stavět se k výzvám čelem
  • vzhledem k téměř denní přítomnosti na pracovišti hledáme někoho z Přerova nebo blízkého okolí
  • pracovní smlouvu na HPP ihned na dobu neurčitou
  • agendu vám osobně a důkladně předá současný vedoucí
  • 13. plat a odměny při životních/firemních výročích
  • 25 dní dovolené
  • 1 den týdně Home Office, pružnou pracovní dobu s pevným jádrem (Po–Čt: 9:00–15:00, Pá: 9:00–14:00)
  • vlastní firemní kantýnu (obědy za cca 50 Kč)
  • příspěvek na penzijní připojištění, dotovanou MultiSport kartu, jazykové vzdělávání (AJ, NJ, FR), výhodné mobilní tarify, hrazené očkování a firemní akce
