Náš klient je globálním dodavatelem polygrafických předmětů a zabývá se zakázkovou výrobou v tomto odvětví. Mezi jeho klientelu patří fyzické a právnické osoby, které mají různé zakázky v podobě tiskovin či fotek, jako jsou katalogy, knížky, různé fotoalbumy či kalendáře. Společnost disponuje digitální tiskárnou a její výroba lze přirovnat k produktům FMCG. Aktuálně hledáme supervizora výroby, který se stane aktivní posilou managementu výrobního týmu a bude reportovat výrobnímu/provoznímu řediteli.

náplň práce

  • Budete přímo řídit tým 20–30 výrobních operátorů a teamleaderů, koordinovat jejich práci a zodpovídat za pracovní kázeň.
  • Zajistíte efektivní plnění výrobního plánu, kontrolu kvality výstupů a dodržování termínů.
  • Spoluodpovídáte za stav strojů a optimalizaci výrobních procesů.
  • Budete úzce spolupracovat s odděleními jako údržba, technologie a kvalita.
  • Plánujete směny a dovolené pro svůj tým v rámci dvousměnného provozu (ranní/odpolední) včetně víkendů, bez nočních směn.
  • Pravidelně reportujete provoznímu řediteli o průběhu výroby a plnění KPIs.
  • Prokazatelné zkušenosti s řízením a motivováním výrobního týmu (ideálně 20+ lidí).
  • Komunikativní znalost anglického jazyka či mírně pokročilý.
  • Schopnost přizpůsobit se dvousměnnému provozu, včetně práce o víkendech.
  • Práce v silné a stabilní společnosti s mezinárodní podporou z Velké Británie.
  • Rodinná atmosféra v menším výrobním týmu (do 100 lidí).
