Náš klient, globální technologický lídr se švýcarským zázemím a tradicí delší než 130 let, hledá do svého týmu dynamického experta na rozvoj obchodu. V této roli budete propojovat hluboké technické znalosti s obchodní strategií a přímo ovlivňovat růst portfolia v odvětvích jako automotive, elektrotechnika či zdravotnická technika. Disponujete silným technickým backgroundem a zkušenostmi s akvizicí nových zákazníků v automotive? Pohybujete se v oblasti vysokonapěťových (HV) konektorů či energetických sítí a domluvíte se plynule anglicky při vyjednávání o komplexních technických projektech?

naplň práce:

  • akvizice nových klientů a vyhledávání obchodních příležitostí
  • kompletní řízení poptávkového procesu od analýzy po nominaci
  • příprava technicko-obchodních nabídek a vyjednávání smluvních podmínek
  • budování dlouhodobých a důvěryhodných vztahů s klíčovými partnery
  • analýza tržních trendů a sledování aktivit konkurence
  • koordinace interních týmů při přípravě technických řešení
  • realizace technických workshopů a seminářů u zákazníků
  • předávání získaných projektů do fáze realizace kolegům
  • reprezentace společnosti na mezinárodních veletrzích a akcích
  • iniciace interních vylepšení na základě potřeb trhu
  • prokazatelnou praxi na obdobné pozici v automotive
  • silnější technický background, ideálně orientaci v oblasti vysokonapěťových (HV) konektorů nebo energetických sítí (power grid)
  • anglický jazyk na komunikativní úrovni pro denní využití
  • silné vyjednávací schopnosti a talent pro budování vztahů
  • analytické a obchodní myšlení se zaměřením na výsledky
  • schopnost efektivně koordinovat cross-functional týmy
  • ochotu k pravidelným pracovním cestám do zahraničí
  • flexibilní režim s možností pracovat téměř odkudkoliv
