  • přímé řízení a rozvoj týmu projektových manažerů, architektů a realizačních úseků

  • nastavování kapacitního plánování zdrojů, dohled nad SLA a efektivní řešení zákaznických eskalací
  • zavádění jednotných delivery procesů, metodik a znalostní báze
  • posuzování realizovatelnosti, náročnosti a rizik nových připravovaných zakázek
  • úzká spolupráce s CEO i ostatními členy TOP managementu na strategii a dalším růstu firmy
  • prokazatelnou praxi s řízením technických či delivery týmů u IT integrátora, poskytovatele služeb nebo v enterprise prostředí
  • silné technické zázemí a přehled v oblastech infrastruktury, síťových technologií a kybernetické bezpečnosti
  • přirozenou technickou a osobní autoritu pro vedení seniorních architektů i specialistů v týmu
  • zkušenost s paralelním řízením více zákaznických projektů, kapacit a nastavováním supportních procesů
  • vysoce rozvinutou manažerskou zralost se zaměřením na ekonomiku projektů, marže a celkovou spokojenost zákazníka
  • plynulou komunikaci v češtině nebo slovenštině a pokročilou angličtinu pro jednání s partnery
