Pro našeho klienta hledáme zkušeného kolegu na pozici TDI (Technický dozor investora), který přebere odborný dohled nad výstavbou velké administrativní budovy.

Klíčovým srdcem tohoto projektu jsou rozsáhlé železobetonové konstrukce a monolitické celky – praxe s tímto typem stavby je proto předpokladem pro úspěšné zvládnutí této role.

Náplň práce a odpovědnosti:

  • spolupráce s vedením: spolupráce s projektovým manažerem na kontrole časových harmonogramů a s cenovým konzultantem při schvalování plateb dodavatelům
  • dohled nad legislativou a bezpečností: kontrola dodržování technických požadavků, norem, stavebních povolení, BOZP, PO a ochrany životního prostředí
  • kvalita a technologie: kontrola projektové dokumentace, technologických postupů, kvality dodávek, prací i průběhu všech klíčových zkoušek a testů
  • dotahování detailů: organizace evidence, řízení a kontrola odstraňování vad a nedodělků
  • přesah do auditu: příležitostné zapojení do technických auditů budov
  • prokazatelnou praxi s monolitickými železobetonovými konstrukcemi na velkých stavbách
  • zkušenosti z oblasti komerční výstavby (administrativní budovy, hotely, průmyslové/logistické objekty, obchodní centra nebo velké rekonstrukce)
  • odborná znalost technických aspektů výstavby (autorizace v oboru pozemních staveb je velkou výhodou)
  • systematičnost, přesnost, zaměření na výsledek a dobré analytické i komunikační schopnosti
  • týmového ducha a flexibilní přístup k řešení každodenních výzev na stavbě
