Naším klientem je významný výrobce a vývojový dodavatel plastových dílů pro automobilový průmysl s více než 60letou tradicí. Mezi jeho vážené zákazníky patří přední světové automobilky (např. TOYOTA, STELLANTIS, BMW, Škoda Auto či VW).

Závod v Nymburce zaměstnává téměř 1 000 lidí, přičemž 60 % z nich tvoří výrobní personál, ale najdete zde i široké zastoupení technických a administrativních pozic. Společnost neustále investuje do rozšiřování, modernizace a rekonstrukcí svých prostor, díky čemuž nabízí nové a moderní pracovní prostředí.

Pro tento dynamický tým aktuálně hledáme vhodného kandidáta na pozici Technik BOZP a PO.

Co bude vaší náplní práce?

  • dohlížet na dodržování předpisů BOZP v závodě
  • zpracovávat návrhy legislativních změn a doplňků interních předpisů a řízené dokumentace týkající se BOZP
  • sestavovat a aktualizovat Seznam nebezpečí a hodnocení rizik v závodě
  • účastnit se provádění procesních auditů hlavních procesů v závodu
  • účastnit se změnového řízení závodu a být součástí procesu neustálého zlepšování
  • provádět školení vedoucích zaměstnanců a nástupní školení BOZP
  • v rámci pracovních úrazů povedete dokumentaci k těmto úrazům, ohlašování na OIP a s pojišťovnou řešit jejich odškodnění
  • komunikovat a spolupracovat s příslušnými státními správními úřady, s orgány státního odborného dozoru a státního odborného dozoru a státního požárního dozoru v rámci své činnosti
  • navrhovat a spravovat pravidla pro poskytování OOPP, mycích, čistících a dezinfekčních prostředků a ochranných nápojů
  • dohlížet na dodržování akčních plánů
  • zodpovídat za Tisax audit
  • SŠ/VŠ vzdělání
  • znalost legislativy týkající se oblasti BOZP a z ní vyplývající povinnosti zaměstnavatele
  • dobrá znalost práce na PC - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • AJ minimálně na úrovni B1
  • znalost problematiky PO bude pro vás výhodou
  • osvědčení OZO v prevenci rizik bude pro vás výhodou
  • řidičský průkaz
