Pro našeho klienta – mezinárodní technologickou společnost – stavíme nový tým inženýrů pro nadcházející projekty. Pozice představuje příležitost jak pro zkušené inženýry, tak pro talentované absolventy technických VŠ, které společnost zaškolí a otevře jim dveře do světa submikronové preciznosti.

co vás čeká:

  • nový tým – budování nového týmu s úzkým napojením na R&D v Dánsku
  • submikronová přesnost – nastavování parametrů pro obrábění, broušení i leštění forem
  • procesní diagnostika – odhalování kořenových příčin odchylek, systematický troubleshooting a ladění výrobních parametrů
  • optická metrologie – ověřování rozměrů a tvarů s využitím interferometrů, mikroskopů a profilometrů
  • standardizace procesů – tvorba technologických manuálů, ladění výrobních časů a předávání osvědčených strategií kolegům technikům
  • inženýring v akci – 50 až 80 % pracovní doby strávíte v provozu u moderních strojů a zbývající čas věnujete práci s daty u počítače
  • technické vzdělání – VŠ v oboru materiálového inženýrství, strojírenství, fyziky, matematiky či elektrotechniky
  • materiálový vhled – porozumění chování materiálů a chuť proniknout do specifických technologií ultrapřesného obrábění
  • angličtina pro praxi – komunikativní úroveň min. B2 pro porady se zahraničními kolegy
  • precizní přístup – samostatnost, systematičnost a smysl pro submikronový detail při práci s technologiemi i daty
  • vyzrálou osobnost – přemýšlivý a flexibilní přístup, kterým hladce zapadnete do party kolegů
  • výrobní praxe výhodou – předchozí zkušenost s CNC technologiemi, optickou měřicí technikou či submikronovým rozsahem
  • analytický bonus – uživatelská zkušenost s nástroji jako Matlab nebo Python jako plus
  • stabilní zázemí – pracovní smlouva na dobu neurčitou s tříměsíční zkušební dobou
  • čas na odpočinek – 25 dní dovolené
  • flexibilní rozvrh – pružná pracovní doba s jádrem pracovní doby mezi 9:00 a 14:00
