  • Gépi tanulási módszerek (ML) és jelfeldolgozási ismeretek (DSP), különösen radar- vagy szenzoros jelfeldolgozás területén előny.
  • Programozási tapasztalat (Python és/vagy C/C++) algoritmusok implementálásához és szimulációhoz.
  • Gépi tanulási keretrendszerek (pl. PyTorch, TensorFlow) ismerete előny.
  • Kutatás-fejlesztési, kísérletező jellegű munkában szerzett tapasztalat előny (egyetemi kutatómunka, TDK, diplomamunka, korábbi K+F projekt is elfogadható).
  • Erős analitikus és problémamegoldó gondolkodás, matematikai modellezési készség.
  • Önálló és precíz munkavégzés, ugyanakkor hatékony együttműködés multidiszciplináris csapatban.
  • Kísérletező, kutatói attitűd: hipotézisek felállítása, tesztelése szimulációval és mérési adatokkal való validálása, következtetések levonása.
  • Precíz, dokumentált munkavégzés a reprodukálhatóság érdekében.
  • Angol nyelvtudás (szakirodalom olvasásához és nemzetközi együttműködéshez).
  • Igény a folyamatos tanulásra, naprakészen tartva a szükséges matematikai apparátust.
  • Komplex radar rendszerek, méréselméleti és jelfeldolgozási algoritmusok iránti kiemelkedő érdeklődés előny.

Algoritmusfejlesztőként megismered a legmodernebb radar-jelfeldolgozási lépéseket, ezek kutatásában és fejlesztésében veszel részt. Feladatod a jelenleg alkalmazott módszerek megismerése, a szükséges matematikai és fizikai eszköztár feltérképezése és alkalmazása, valamint szimulációk készítése révén az algoritmusok működőképességének és hatékonyságának validálása. Felelősségi körödbe tartozik a megvalósított algoritmusok finomhangolása, paramétereinek optimalizálása, működőképességének és hatékonyságának validálása szimulált és valós környezetben egyaránt.
