  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or vendor accounting
  • Minimum secondary school education / high school diploma
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work well in an international team setting
  • Advantages: A College or University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Experience working in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or multinational matrix setup Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP B1 or Oracle NetSuite preferred) Knowledge of an additional European language (French, German, or Italian)
  • Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including the accurate coding, processing, and cost analysis of supplier invoices
  • Preparing, executing, and reconciling supplier payments according to the company’s payment schedules
  • Performing regular and precise bank account reconciliations and maintaining creditor ledgers
  • Acting as the main point of contact for supplier inquiries, proactively resolving discrepancies, and tracking missing or overdue invoices
  • Checking and processing employee expense reports as well as corporate credit card transactions
  • Actively participating in month-end and year-end financial closing activities and reporting
  • Assisting the finance team with internal and external audit requests
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders
