Requirements

  • Higher education degree in Economics (specialization in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a controlling role.
  • Confident, active B2 level English (essential for daily communication with the financial hub in Krakow).
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advantage: Experience in the logistics or production sector; basic knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL.
  • Due to the location's lack of public transportation, owning a personal vehicle is mandatory to reach the Alsónémedi office.

Responsibilities

  • Core Controlling: Maintain and develop the controlling system to support business processes. Actively participate in month-end closings and prepare regular financial reports for the parent company. Contribute to annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting. Conduct internal profit and cost analyses, investigate plan vs. actual variances, and track relevant KPIs based on financial, sales, and operational data. Prepare ad-hoc reports and decision-support materials for management, and engage in cost-optimization and efficiency projects.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Create, update, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team during tender processes by compiling financial data, return on investment calculations, and pricing information for client proposals.
