  • Languages: Professional fluency in both German AND English is a must.
  • Experience: 7–10 years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record in people leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience in SAP (Navision is a plus) and familiarity with consolidation tools like HFM.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of IFRS, local GAAP, and experience managing multiple legal entities.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and motivate a team of 10-15 FTEs. Manage workload, capacity planning, and create a motivating atmosphere during periods of change.
  • Accounting Oversight: Supervise daily transactions, approve journal entries, and manage month-end and year-end closing processes for multiple legal entities.
  • Asset Accounting (AA): Oversee asset master data, acquisitions, disposals, revaluations, and depreciation, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Transition & Optimization: Coordinate knowledge transfer, monitor process documentation (DTPs), and lead process optimization and automation projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager to establish KPIs and build professional relationships with international business partners.
