Feladataid lesznek:

  • Elsődleges kapcsolattartóként (főfelhasználóként / rendszergazdaként) támogatod a termelésben dolgozó kollégákat a MES szoftver használatában és a hatékony rendszer kihasználásban.
  • Gyorsan és hatékonyan kezeled az MES-sel kapcsolatos funkcionális és alapvető IT incidenseket, működési problémákat (esetenként alapvető IT feladatokat is ellátva, mint pl. PC-k cseréje/telepítése vagy kábelek csatlakoztatása).
  • Együttműködsz a termelési és üzemcsarnoki csapatokkal az üzleti igények felmérésében, valamint a folyamat-, rendszer- és munkafolyamat-fejlesztési lehetőségek azonosításában.
  • Szorosan együttműködsz a gyártással és a gyártástervezéssel az igények felmérésében, majd ezeket feladatokká formálva továbbítod a fejlesztőcsapat felé, ezzel folyamatos visszacsatolást biztosítva a fejlesztőknek.
  • Támogatást nyújtasz a TDM rendszerben: szoftvertelepítés (katalógusból), felhasználói fiókok kezelése, valamint segítségnyújtás az ezzel foglalkozó kollégának.
  • Hozzájárulsz a stabil gyártási működéshez a folyamatos fejlesztés, a gyökérok-elemzés, a fenntartható megoldások kidolgozása, valamint a gyártási eszközökhöz és alkalmazásokhoz való hozzáférés támogatása révén.
  • Részvétel a MES rendszert érintő projektekben, tesztelésekben, bevezetésekben és a globális digitalizációs kezdeményezésekben.
  • A stabil gyártási működés biztosítása gyökérok-elemzésekkel, fenntartható megoldások kidolgozásával és a gyártási eszközökhöz/alkalmazásokhoz való hozzáférés támogatásával.
