1. Kereskedelmi felelősségi körök

  • A kijelölt ügyfelekre vonatkozó akvizíciós stratégia meghatározása, kidolgozása és végrehajtása.
  • A megállapodott megrendelési célok elérése és a célmarzsok javítása.
  • A teljes értéklánc kezelése az akvizíció előtti fázistól az árajánlatadásig, az éves ártárgyalásokig
  • Kereskedelmi tevékenységek lebonyolítása a projekt-/termékfejlesztés során (pl. költség- és árkövetés, módosítási kérelmek / change request-ek).
  • Árkiigazítások, kedvezmények, valamint globális szerződési feltételek tárgyalása.
  • Ár-, reklamációs/követelési és szerződéskötési tárgyalások vezetése (mind az ügyfél, mind a beszállító által kezdeményezett igények esetén).

2. Stratégiai felelősségi körök

  • Ügyfélspecifikus stratégiák kidolgozása a piaci környezet és az értékesítési célok figyelembevételével.
  • Versenytárselemzés végzése és ellenintézkedések javaslása (pl. költségcsökkentési ötletek).
  • Piaci és versenytárs-információk elemzése a portfólióval kapcsolatos döntések támogatásához.
  • A belső/külső termékportfóliók és ütemtervek értékelése a piaci illeszkedés optimalizálása érdekében.

3. Kapcsolatkezelés

  • Erős ügyfélkapcsolatok fenntartása és építése a megfelelő vezetői szinteken.
  • Az ügyfél hangjaként eljárni házon belül, és a vállalat hangjaként kifelé.
  • Zökkenőmentes kommunikáció biztosítása a belső és külső érintettek (stakeholderek) között.
  • Ügyfélrendezvények szervezése és támogatása: vezetői megbeszélések, auditok, technológiai napok, vásárok.

4. Adminisztratív felelősségi körök

  • A belső akvizíciós folyamat tevékenységeinek támogatása és jóváhagyása.
  • A minőségirányítási tanúsítási szabványoknak való megfelelés biztosítása.
  • Megrendelések (purchase order) adminisztrációjának kezelése és a pontos tervezési adatok (költségvetés, volumen, értékesítés) fenntartása.
  • Az árazási és árajánlatadási folyamatok, valamint a megfelelő dokumentálás/archiválás felügyelete
