  • Operatív könyvelés és bizonylatkezelés: Beérkező számlák kezelése (postabontás, szkennelés, MAX rendszerben és a likviditás-tervezőben való iktatás, lefűzés, valamint az iktató, MAX és presenter rendszerek közötti egyeztetés). Beérkező és kimenő számlák alaki, tartalmi és formai ellenőrzése, adatok validálása, hiánypótlások koordinálása. Könyvelési bizonylatok szakszerű előkészítése, rögzítése és rendszerezése. Házipénztár naprakész kezelése és könyvelése, valamint bankkártyás és egyéb költségelszámolások elszámolása.
  • Analitika, egyeztetés és kapcsolattartás: Aktív részvétel az analitikus nyilvántartások naprakész vezetésében (vevő-, szállító- és tárgyi eszköz kartonok). Rendszeres kapcsolattartás a vevők és szállítók pénzügyi részlegével (egyenlegegyeztetések, eltérések tisztázása, átutalási részletezők egyeztetése). Banki átutalási megbízások előkészítése, rögzítése és operatív kapcsolattartás a bankkal.
  • Zárlatok, riporting és pénzügyi támogatás: Aktív közreműködés a havi és éves zárlati munkálatokban a főkönyvelő irányítása mellett. Vegyes könyvelési tételek (pl. időbeli elhatárolások, egyéb pénzügyi tételek) előkészítése. A könyvelő napi munkájának támogatása: kontírozások előkészítése és adategyeztetések. Termelési költségmodell folyamatos karbantartása. Pénzügyi jelentések, kimutatások összeállítása és a tervezési folyamatok szakmai támogatása. Beruházási döntések előkészítésében való részvétel.
  • Audit, dokumentáció és adminisztráció: Folyamatban lévő projektek pénzügyi dokumentációjának összegyűjtése és rendezése. Részvétel a tárgyi eszközök leltározási adminisztrációjában és az adatok egyeztetésében. Közreműködés az adó-, vám- és hatósági vizsgálatok, valamint a könyvvizsgálat és belső ellenőrzések lebonyolításában. Számviteli szabályzatok és belső folyamatok betartása, dokumentálása. Általános pénzügyi-adminisztratív teendők ellátása (dossziék rendezése, archiválás, riportok frissítése). A vezető könyvelő munkájának támogatása ad-hoc feladatok elvégzésével.
