  • A műszakvezető feladata lesz a napi termelési célok elérése, a munkafegyelem helyreállítása, valamint a folyamatos, zavartalan gyártás biztosítása.
  • Karbantartási hibák megoldásának biztosítása, nyomonkövetése műszakos karbantartó által
  • Szoros együttműködés a többi műszakvezetővel
  • Napi métercélok, hatékonyság, folyamatosság biztosítása
