  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint is essential; solid baseline understanding of MS Office to read and interpret sales reports.
  • Visual & Analytical Mindset: Strong aesthetic sense and visual storytelling skills combined with numerical precision and analytical thinking.
  • Languages: Professional business proficiency in English (verbal and written) and fluent Hungarian.
  • Working Hours: Flexibility to work an afternoon schedule (13:00 – 21:00) to ensure daily overlap with US counterpart teams.

As a Presentation Assistant, your main responsibility will be translating defined trend directions, food concepts, and sales performance data into visually captivating presentations, guides, and theme plans. You will support the established trend strategy through clear visual execution and data-driven insights.

  • Trend & Theme Planning Support: Review historical sales data and trend outputs to help compile annual theme plans and harmonized trend needs.
  • Visual Communication & Storytelling: Turn approved trend directions into engaging, high-impact PowerPoint presentations, stakeholder-facing trend decks, and visual guides.
  • Performance & Market Insights: Analyze current sales figures, licensing performance, and external food forecasting reports to formulate initial observations and recommendations.
  • Cross-Border Coordination: Coordinate inputs, maintain updated visual materials, and deliver finalized outputs to internal departments and international stakeholders.
  • Independent Execution: Reliably complete assigned trend activities within set guidelines and escalate decisions requiring management approval.
