  • fluency in English and one of the following: Italian, German or French.
  • strong problem-solving skills and a high level of empathy in communication.
  • experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace is preferred.
  • interest in 3D printing or technical hardware support.
  • serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients and end-users, providing unparalleled support via phone and email.
  • respond to inquiries in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • document all interactions in the CRM (Salesforce) and provide technical diagnostics to keep the machines running smoothly.
  • dispatch replacement parts, hardware, and software updates with clear instructions.
  • collaborate with internal teams to provide valuable feedback on hardware and software performance.
  • master our product portfolio through hands-on 3D printing and continuous technical training.
