  • A hozzád tartozó hálózati egységek teljes körű üzleti, pénzügyi és operatív menedzsmentje. A szolgáltatások folyamatos fejlesztése a partner és a vendégek maximális elégedettségének elérése érdekében.
  • Az egységvezetők támogatása, szakmai mentorálása; vezetői utánpótlás.
  • A régió eredményességének maximalizálása. (P&L felelősség, költséghatékonyság és árbevétel-növelés)
  • Éves üzleti és lokális költségvetési tervek kidolgozása, valamint azok szigorú nyomon követése.
  • Újonnan nyíló egységek indításának teljes körű koordinálása.
  • Szoros együttműködés más csapatokkal tenderek és szerződéskötések során.
  • A minőségi, higiéniai (HACCP) és vállalati sztenderdek maximális betartatása.
