Căutăm un profesionist în vânzări B2B pentru unul dintre cei mai importanți jucători din România din domeniul utilajelor pentru construcții și agricultură. Înființată în anul 2006, compania s-a impus la nivel național printr-un portofoliu complet: importul și vânzarea de utilaje noi și second-hand, soluții de închiriere pe termen scurt, mediu sau lung, comercializare de atașamente și piese de schimb, rețea națională de service și asistență în obținerea finanțărilor (leasing/credite).

  • Zona acoperită: Sălaj, Maramureș (inclusiv Baia Mare), Bistrița-Năsăud
  • Tip colaborare: Full-time (Luni-Vineri), contract inițial pe 6 luni cu intenție clară de trecere pe perioadă nedeterminată

Responsabilități principale:

  • Identificarea proactivă și atragerea de noi clienți B2B din teritoriu (fără a depinde exclusiv de baza de date existentă)
  • Gestionarea vânzărilor consultative pentru întreaga gamă: echipamente noi și rulate, închirieri de utilaje, piese de schimb, atașamente și servicii de mentenanță/service
  • Menținerea unui ritm susținut de activitate în teren: vizite săptămânale și generarea de leaduri noi lunar
  • Administrarea ciclului complet de vânzare, de la primul contact și ofertare până la negociere, semnare și încasare
  • Utilizarea sistemului CRM pentru raportarea activității, actualizarea pipeline-ului și follow-up consecvent

Cerințe obligatorii:

  • Minimum 3 ani de experiență dovedită în vânzări B2B pe teren (field sales, întâlniri directe cu decidenții)
  • Experiență în vânzarea consultativă de produse/servicii tehnice sau industriale (tranzacții de valoare medie/mare)
  • Profil de „hunter” cu istoric demonstrat în generarea de clienți noi pe cont propriu (minimum 30% din vânzări din prospecție proprie)
  • Rezultate cuantificabile (istoric de target realizat, volume anuale și tranzacții închise)
  • Permis de conducere categoria B și disponibilitate pentru deplasări zilnice în județele alocate
  • Domiciliul în București sau într-unul dintre județele din regiune

Constituie un avantaj:

  • Experiență în domeniul utilajelor de construcții, echipamentelor de ridicat, stivuitoarelor, camioanelor sau în leasing/renting de echipamente
  • Studii tehnice finalizate (mecanică, construcții, electrotehnică, auto)
  • Relații și contacte existente în sectorul construcțiilor, infrastructurii sau agriculturii din zona alocată

  • Acoperirea integrală a costurilor de deplasare (cazare și diurnă)
  • Program intensiv de inducție și formare tehnică de 2–3 săptămâni la sediul central din Cluj-Napoca (toate cheltuielile de transport, cazare, masă și diurnă asigurate)
