  • Administer physical and virtual Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Certificate Services, and related core infrastructure services.
  • Support Active Directory Administration in an on-premises-cloud hybrid environment.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, email configuration, distribution lists, security groups, mail troubleshooting, and eDiscovery support.
  • Maintain identity and access management across cloud and on-premises Active Directory and the Okta identity broker, including account provisioning, de-provisioning, access groups, and authentication-related support.
  • Administer third-party SaaS domains and DNS services, and support DNS, DHCP, and IP address management functions.
  • Manage and support assigned business, baseball operations, and third-party applications and coordinate with vendors for installation, upgrades, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
  • Assess existing technology environments for scalability, resiliency, availability, security, supportability, and documentation gaps; recommend practical remediation priorities.
  • Design, implement, and support infrastructure and application projects, including upgrades, migrations, new technology deployments, high-level bills of materials, and architectural diagrams.
  • Assist with technology evaluation, procurement, vendor coordination, installation oversight, and adaptation or implementation issues.
  • Create and maintain accurate infrastructure, application, process, procedure, configuration, and recovery documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, regulatory requirements, escalation procedures, confidentiality requirements, and company policies.
  • Support vulnerability remediation efforts.
  • Assist with incident response investigations involving identity, data, or applications.
  • Implement monitoring and auditing controls across infrastructure and data platforms.
  • Act as 3rd-level support and troubleshooting for business and baseball systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Five or more years of relevant technology experience, including at least two to three years in a technical support or systems administration capacity.
  • Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and desktop operating systems in a business environment.
  • Experience supporting VMware or comparable virtual infrastructure and an understanding of server hardware, storage, and networking concepts.
  • Experience with identity and access administration, account lifecycle management, and security or distribution group administration.
  • Working knowledge of backup, replication, disaster-recovery methods, and systems lifecycle practices.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL or other IT best practice frameworks such as DevOps.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application, identity, endpoint, and user-support issues using a structured approach.
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple operational and project tasks in a high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and work flexible or extended hours when business or event operations require coverage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
