Supervisor

Salary: SGD $3,600 - $4,200 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Multiple locations across Singapore

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise the receiving, inspection, sorting, storage, and release of catering equipment and operational assets. • Monitor inventory levels, equipment movements, and stock accuracy to support operational requirements. • Coordinate equipment availability with production, dispatch, and operational teams according to flight schedules. • Plan daily manpower deployment and supervise staff performance, productivity, and adherence to work procedures. • Ensure equipment meets cleanliness, quality, and operational standards before release for use. • Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with operational procedures. • Investigate operational discrepancies, equipment shortages, and workflow issues, and implement corrective actions. • Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service standards. • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of operational challenges.

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, production, or supervisory roles. • Strong organisational and coordination skills. • Ability to supervise teams and manage daily operational activities. • Committed to workplace safety, hygiene, and quality standards. • Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
