Role Highlights

  • Comfortable to travel between 2 offices (Yishun & Tuas)
  • Up to $7800/month + AWS + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage leadership training programmes to support business and talent development needs.
  • Work with business leaders and HR teams to identify skills gaps and plan suitable learning initiatives.
  • Design and improve training programmes for employees at different management levels.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to support leadership development across different locations.
  • Manage external training providers, programme budgets, schedules and delivery.
  • Track training results and gather feedback to improve programme effectiveness.
  • Support succession planning and employee development initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the L&D team, while improving training processes and operations.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education or a related field.
  • Min. 10 years of experience in L&D, Training & Development, Leadership Development or similar
  • Strong experience in designing and managing leadership training programmes.
  • Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
  • Regional or multi-site experience is an advantage.
  • Prior team management experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, project management and stakeholder management skills.
