Tööülesanded: Laste heaolu spetsialist on keskastme spetsialistide teenistusgruppi kuuluv ametnik, kelle peamine eesmärk on Rapla Vallavalitsuse kui ametiasutuse lastekaitse alase töö koordineerimine ja korraldamine vallas, valla haldusterritooriumil elavate laste ja lastega perede sotsiaalsete probleemide lahendamine. Muud nõuded: Kõrgharidus ning erialane ettevalmistus (vastavalt lastekaitseseaduses § 19 sätestatud nõuetele); väga hea eesti keele oskus;

hea suuline ja kirjalik eneseväljendusoskus;

korrektsus ja täpsus dokumentidega töötamisel;

teadmised ja oskused andmekaitsenõuete täitmiseks;

oskus kasutada igapäevatöös vajalikke digivahendeid;

hea suhtlemisoskust, algatus- ja organiseerimisvõime;

oskus ja tahe lahendada keerulisi valdkonna probleeme;

ülevaade andmekaitse nõuetest;

sõiduki juhtimisõigus ja isikliku auto kasutamise võimalus.

Tuleb kasuks, kui Sul on:

töökogemus avalikus teenistuses riigi või kohaliku omavalitsuse ametiasutuses;

sotsiaaltöötaja kutse spetsialiseerumisega lastekaitsele;

eelnev töökogemus sotsiaal- või sarnases valdkonnas;

valdkondlikuks tööks vajalike arvutiprogrammide kasutamise oskus (STAR);

vähemalt ühe võõrkeele oskus suhtlustasandil;
