Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications based on business requirements.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop backend services, APIs, workflows, forms, and system integrations.
  • Perform data migration, legacy data mapping, and migration script development.
  • Validate migrated data through reconciliation, testing, and quality checks.
  • Support migration cutover, application enhancements, bug fixes, and production issues.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, maintainability, and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

  • Java-based application development.
  • SQL and Sybase database knowledge.
  • API development and system integration.
  • Data migration, data mapping, and validation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Mobile application development experience for iOS and Android.

Good to Have

  • Microsoft Azure or other cloud platform exposure.
  • System migration or modernization experience.
  • Enterprise-scale applications or public-sector project experience.
  • Agile development experience.
