Rapyuta Robotics（ラピュタロボティクス株式会社）は、2014年にスイス連邦工科大学チューリッヒ校（ETH Zurich）のスピンオフとして設立されたロボティクス企業です。「Empowering Lives With Connected Machines（マシンとマシンを繋げ、人々の生活を豊かにする）」をビジョンに、3K業務の自動化を通じて、人がより知的で創造的な仕事に挑戦できる社会の実現を目指しています。累計調達額は約106億円で、クラウドロボティクスプラットフォーム「rapyuta.io」を中核に、メーカーや機能の異なるロボットを共通基盤上でつなぎ、群制御AIによって複数台の経路計画やタスク配分を最適化するソリューションを提供しています。

物流領域では、ピッキングアシストロボット、自動倉庫、自動フォークリフトなどを同じクラウド基盤上で連携させることで、既存倉庫でも大規模工事を抑えつつ、生産性向上と柔軟な自動化を実現しています。

  • ラピュタAFL（自動フォークリフト）：パレット搬送を自動化し、高精度自己位置推定により既存倉庫にも柔軟に導入可能（夜間無人稼働にも対応）

【期待する役割】

配属先となるフィールドセールスチームは、物流企業（3PL・荷主）や EC フルフィルメントの顧客に対し、当社のクラウドロボティクスを用いて、現場の KPI（生産性、歩行距離削減、人件費高騰リスクなど）の改善を実現していく組織です。

本ポジションでは、案件づくりから提案・受注、導入、安定稼働、さらに拡張提案に至るまで、一連のプロセスを一気通貫で担当していただきます。その過程で、社内の事業開発、技術（エンジニア）、運用（カスタマーサクセス）チームと緊密に連携しながら成果創出をリードしていきます。

単なる営業職にとどまらず、最新のロボティクス技術を理解しつつ、「ロボットと共に働く」新しい現場をデザインする物流コンサルタントのような立ち位置が求められるポジションです。

【業務詳細】 ※ご経験に応じてお任せする業務範囲を決定します。

  • エンタープライズ顧客の課題把握から提案・契約獲得までの営業活動のリード 顧客の現場に深く入り込み、ピーク／オフピーク時の物量や作業者数などをヒアリングするとともに、データ分析を行い、現状のボトルネックや改善余地を明らかにします。 製品導入前に高精度なシミュレーションを実施し、最適なロボット台数や、期待される生産性向上効果（例：PA-AMR による 2 倍の生産性向上）、そして ROI（投資対効果） を明確に提示しながら、契約獲得までをリードします。 特に、大規模工事を必要とせず既存倉庫に導入できる柔軟性や、サブスクリプション（RaaS）モデルによるコスト優位性を活かし、顧客ごとの投資判断を後押しする提案を行います。
  • 導入プロジェクトの計画立案とローンチ支援 受注後は、導入プロジェクトの計画立案（体制・スケジュール・KPI・安全計画など）と進行管理を主導し、プロジェクト全体をドライブします。 WMS（倉庫管理システム）のローンチ（実稼働）に向けた支援も行い、現場でのスムーズな立ち上がりをサポートします。
  • 導入後のカスタマーサクセス（価値拡大と長期関係構築） 導入が完了した後も、カスタマーサクセスチームと連携しながら定期的なレビューを実施し、顧客との継続的な対話をリードします。 CRM やダッシュボードから得られる稼働データ（生産性、AMR の待機時間など）をもとに、KPI 改善策や在庫配置の最適化といった追加提案を行い、現場価値の最大化を図ります。 さらに、顧客の需要波動（繁忙期・閑散期）に合わせた台数の柔軟なスケール調整（RaaS モデルの強み）や、他拠点への展開提案を通じて、価値拡大と長期的な関係構築をリードします。
  • データドリブンな営業戦略の立案と実行 CRM を活用したリード／パイプライン管理、ステージ別の確度評価、予実管理や Win／Loss 分析を行い、その結果に基づいて営業戦略の立案・実行をリードします。 あわせて、成功事例を分析し、受注に至る「勝ち筋」の型化と再現性の高いプロセス設計を推進することで、チームおよび組織全体の営業生産性向上に貢献します。

Requirements

【必須（MUST）】

  • BtoBビジネスでの営業経験（3年以上）
  • エンタープライズ領域における新規開拓、中長期的のリレーション構築経験
  • 高い日本語コミュニケーション能力、日本のビジネス慣習の理解
