Senior Inside Sales Managerは、マーケティングから営業までの顧客獲得プロセス全体を最適化し、事業成長を加速させる重要なポジションです。マーケティング、フィールドセールス、経営陣と密接に連携しながら、リード獲得から商談創出までの仕組みづくりと組織運営をリードしていただきます。

戦略立案だけでなく、自ら施策を推進し、データとKPIに基づく継続的な改善を推進できる方を求めています。

【職務内容】

  • Inside Sales戦略の立案・実行を通じた商談創出およびパイプライン拡大
  • マーケティングと営業の連携強化、およびリードマネジメントプロセスの構築・改善
  • リード獲得から受注までのファネル分析とKPI管理
  • Demand Generation施策の企画・実行支援および効果測定
  • Inside Salesチームの立ち上げ・運営・育成
  • テレマーケティングベンダーの活用とリード創出プロセス管理
  • CRMや各種ツールを活用した営業プロセスの最適化
  • KPIレポーティングとデータ分析に基づく改善提案および事業成長施策の推進
  • 経営陣と連携した新規施策や組織づくりへの参画

Requirements

  • Inside Sales、営業企画、Demand Generation、マーケティング等の領域での実務経験（目安8年以上）
  • Inside salesのPeople Management、人材育成の経験
  • マーケティングから営業までのプロセス設計・運用経験
  • 目標達成のプランニングやKPIやデータに基づく課題分析および改善経験
  • 戦略立案だけでなく、自ら施策を推進した経験
  • 複数部門を巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進した経験
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力
