Job Summary

Join Rare Sip as a full-time or part-time team member to operate the coffee bar, prepare kitchen food, sell retail coffee, maintain cleanliness, and deliver excellent hospitality in a fast-paced coffee stand environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare espresso and filter coffee accurately to support coffee bar operations
  • Prepare and serve kitchen food items including bakes, sandwiches, cakes, and salads to meet quality standards
  • Sell retail coffee products effectively to customers
  • Wash dishes promptly to maintain kitchen efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workspace to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
  • Engage with customers using strong interpersonal skills to create a positive hospitality experience
  • Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Basic coffee knowledge to enhance service and product understanding is a plus
  • Ability to handle basics kitchen equipment
