岗位简介： 负责游戏产品在硬核渠道的发行落地、日常运营与数据复盘，协同研发、商务团队推进产品上线、版本迭代与渠道活动，对新增、转化等核心指标负责；有小游戏发行经验优先。

岗位职责： 1. 负责游戏在主流游戏渠道（华为 / 鸿蒙 / OPPO/VIVO/ 小米 / 荣耀等）全流程发行工作，跟进渠道合作及产品上线相关事宜，对整体运营效果负责 2. 负责日常监控渠道核心数据监控、整理与深度分析，输出优化建议，用数据驱动渠道运营策略调整。 3. 跟进渠道政策变动、熟悉各渠道平台规则，具备良好审美能力，独立完成渠道素材、资源位物料的产出与迭代优化。 4. 协同研发、美术、商务团队，推进版本迭代、渠道素材、活动资源准备，处理线上渠道问题、渠道工单与客诉。 5. 收集竞品在硬核渠道的发行策略、活动与商业化信息，整理市场情报，挖掘增长机会。 6. 若有小游戏项目，参与小游戏渠道上架、运营、商业化复盘工作（小游戏经验候选人可深度参与小游戏发行）。

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，1-2 年游戏渠道发行相关工作经验，有真实游戏发行落地经验，接触过硬核安卓渠道发行，可独立完成商店创建、提审、上架、运营链路。 2. 具备良好的数据分析能力，逻辑思维清晰，可完成渠道数据整理、分析工作。 3. 了解游戏发行基础流程，熟悉渠道规则、资质、SDK 对接、版本提审等发行相关工作。 4. 良好跨团队沟通能力，做事细心，有项目跟进意识，能多任务并行推进，对游戏行业有热情。 5. 加分项：拥有小游戏发行经验优先，熟悉小游戏混变模式、小游戏渠道生态。 6. 热爱游戏，请在简历中说明个人移动游戏经历。
