【岗位职责】 1、创作激励活动策划落地，策划全平台创作者激励计划、月度 / 季度内容征稿、视频图文创作、直播大赛、版本活动配套投稿活动；制定流量扶持、现金奖励、游戏道具、专属福利等激励规则，跟进活动全流程招商、宣发、数据复盘，持续提升 UGC 产出量与优质内容占比； 2、账号孵化运营，挖掘平台潜力素人创作者、游戏玩家，搭建分层孵化体系；针对新手博主、潜力中腰部达人提供内容选题指导、剪辑 / 文案培训、流量倾斜扶持，跟进账号成长数据，打造垂直游戏领域爆款原生博主矩阵； 3、官签达人管理，拓展抖音、B 站、小红书等渠道游戏垂类达人，完成商务签约、排期对接；维护官签达人关系，匹配版本、节日、赛事等合作需求，管控达人内容产出质量，复盘达人合作转化数据，优化达人分层合作机制； 4、史官体系搭建与运营，协同供应商，搭建游戏专属史官、核心玩家写手团队，定向产出世界观解析、角色故事、剧情解读、背景考据深度长文；统筹史官约稿、审稿、稿费结算、内容分发，沉淀游戏长线世界观优质图文资产，夯实游戏文化内容壁垒； 5、攻略号矩阵运营，布局站内 + 站外攻略账号矩阵，统筹开荒攻略、玩法教程、阵容搭配、副本通关、氪金测评等实用内容产出；跟进攻略内容更新迭代，优化搜索曝光，保障玩家获取高效实用游戏资讯，降低新手游玩门槛； 6、舆情监测与内容维护，联动供应商，每日全渠道监测游戏相关 UGC 评论、社区论坛帖子，及时抓取负面舆情、玩家吐槽争议；建立舆情分级响应机制，处理玩家疑问与负面内容，引导正向玩家讨论氛围，维护健康游戏内容社区环境； 7、日常统筹与数据复盘，每周输出内容生态数据报表（内容产量、播放 / 阅读、涨粉、转化、舆情风险等），总结各模块运营问题并输出优化方案；协同投放、社区、版本策划团队，对齐产品营销节点，联动产出配套内容生态运营方案。

【任职要求】 1、真正喜欢 SLG 游戏，熟悉多款热门 SLG 游戏的玩法、特点和内容生态模式， 2、本科及以上学历，1-2 年游戏行业内容运营、达人运营、UGC 生态相关工作经验，有 SLG / 卡牌 / MMO / IP游戏游戏运营经验优先； 3、熟悉 B 站、抖音、小红书、TapTap、贴吧等主流内容平台流量规则、创作者生态； 4、完整参与过创作者激励活动、达人签约、玩家写手 / 史官团队运营项目，能独立输出活动方案、达人合作 SOP； 5、具备基础舆情敏感度，了解游戏玩家常见负面舆情类型，有舆情处理实操经。
