Unser Ziel ist es, dass jede:r Nutzer:in in seiner/ihrer Stadt täglich spannende Veranstaltungen findet, die inspirieren und zeigen, wie viele besondere Erlebnisse da draußen warten. Und dass Veranstaltende eine Plattform haben, auf der sie die richtigen Menschen erreichen und eine eigene Community aufbauen können.

Du tauschst dich gern mit Menschen aus, hast Lust spannende Veranstaltende der Kulturszene kennenzulernen und hast idealerweise schon Erfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation, Sales und/oder Content.

Rausgegangen braucht deine Unterstützung im Bereich Städtemanagement in Wien. Deswegen suchen wir ab sofort eine Person, die uns hilft zur relevantesten Plattform für Events in Wien zu werden.

Ausgeschrieben ist eine Vollzeitstelle, in einem der denkbar schönsten Arbeitsfelder und mit Ausgehgarantie.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du machst Rausgegangen in Wien groß und zu DER Plattform für Events in Wien
  • Du bist für den Umsatz- und Netzwerk Wachstum in Wien verantwortlich
  • Du identifizierst relevante Kulturbetriebe – von Booking-Agenturen über Theater bis hin zur freien Szene – und schließt Kooperationen ab
  • Du nutzt dein bereits bestehendes Netzwerk in der Kulturlandschaft, um Veranstalter:innen für Rausgegangen zu begeistern
  • Du schließt Medien-, Marketing- und Ticketing Kooperationen ab
  • Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf, betreust unsere Partner:innen vom Onboarding bis zum Deal Closing und entwickelst sie langfristig weiter
  • Redaktionelle Planung von Beiträgen auf unserer Website, App & Instagram
  • Gesellschaftliche & Social Media Trends erkennen und nutzen

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Sales oder Key Account Management mit, idealerweise in der Kultur-, Event- oder Kreativbranche. Zusätzlich hast du eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Social Media und medialen Inhalten und kannst einfache Content-Formate selbstständig umsetzen
  • Mit Charme und Charisma berätst du professionell und vertrauensvoll externe Kund:innen und Veranstalter:innen
  • Mit deiner verantwortungsvollen, zuverlässigen und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise arbeitest du dich schnell in neue Aufgaben und Systeme ein
  • Du begeisterst dich für Kultur, Events und Inhalte und gehst gerne aus
  • Du hast dir bereits ein gutes Netzwerk in der Kulturszene aufgebaut
  • Wien kennst du wie deine Westentasche und in Sachen Kultur kann dir keine:r was vormachen
