Wir suchen einen engagierten Project Manager - Onboarding (m/w/d), der unsere Mission unterstützt, die Radiologie neu zu gestalten und die Gesundheitsversorgung von morgen zu revolutionieren. Als Teil unseres Operations Teams bist du eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern. Mit Struktur, Kommunikationsstärke und einem ausgeprägten Service-Gedanken sorgst du dafür, dass aus komplexen Anforderungen erfolgreiche und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen entstehen.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Kunden-Onboarding & Projektsteuerung: Strukturierte Projektkoordination von RayaSERVICE - Neukunden (Klinik/MVZ) – vom Kick-off-Meeting bis zum erfolgreichen Versorgungsstart.
  • Hypercare & Übergabe: Betreuung von Zuweisern und Kunden in der Hypercare-Phase sowie koordinierte Übergabe an das Bestandskunden-Management.
  • Technische Anbindung: Begleitung von VPN-Anbindungen, Schnittstellenkonfigurationen und Streckenabnahmen zusammen mit unserem IT Team.
  • Interne Koordination: Enge Abstimmung mit teamübergreifenden Stakeholdern aus IT, Medical Operations und Product.
  • Externe Schnittstellen: Koordination mit externen Schnittstellen und Dienstleistern wie RIS-Anbietern oder Behörden im Projektverlauf.
  • Performance-Tracking: Monitoring relevanter KPIs sowie Mitarbeit an der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung teaminterner OKRs.

Dein Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Kunden-Onboarding, Customer Success oder einer kunden- und projektbezogenen Rolle; Erfahrung im Klinik- oder MVZ-Umfeld ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausbildung & Studium: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium, idealerweise im Bereich BWL, Projektmanagement, Medizin, IT, Hotellerie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Projektmanagement: Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Projekten sowie ein gutes Verständnis für strukturierte Projektabläufe.
  • Kundenzentrierte Kommunikation: Ausgeprägte Service-Orientierung, professioneller Kundenumgang und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Anforderungen klar und verständlich zusammenzuführen.
  • Stakeholder- & Schnittstellenmanagement: Souveränes, kooperatives Auftreten sowie Erfahrung darin, interne Teams, externe Dienstleister und Kunden effektiv einzubinden.
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten: Hohe Selbstorganisation, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Tools & Systeme: Sicherer Umgang mit Jira oder vergleichbaren Projektmanagement-Tools; Erfahrung mit HubSpot oder anderen CRM-Tools ist von Vorteil.
