Research Cooperative Collaboration: Partner with university and industry research cooperatives, coordinating activities to maximize operational and financial benefits.

Data & Analytics: Collect and analyze financial and operational forestry data to identify trends, establish benchmarks, and drive strategic decision-making.

Financial Stewardship: Oversee project budgets and forecasts, maintain strict cost controls, and perform quarterly variance reporting.

Technology Transfer: Act as a technical advisor to silviculture managers, field foresters, and contractors, ensuring research findings are effectively adopted in daily operations.

Safety & Sustainability: Actively promote our culture of Safety. Ensure all productivity initiatives integrate our sustainability commitments and environmental stewardship goals.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
