This opportunity combines strategic leadership, advanced analytics, and workforce optimization within a dynamic, collaborative, and performance-driven environment.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of next-generation forecasting products and services within Workforce Management Optimization, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with data partners and workforce management teams to deliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly forecasts, including Monthly Capacity Reviews (MCRs), quality assurance assessments, and ad hoc analytical requests.
  • Establish and maintain robust forecasting standards, monitoring frameworks, and reporting mechanisms to measure forecast accuracy and performance against key metrics and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement forecasting model enhancements using advanced analytics techniques to improve predictive accuracy, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen business outcomes.
  • Monitor historical and forecast data to identify inconsistencies, investigate root causes, coordinate corrective actions, and prevent recurring data quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain data governance frameworks that ensure forecasting inputs and outputs are accurate, consistent, traceable, and auditable.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights, communicating forecasts, trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a team of forecasting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, and supporting continuous professional growth.
  • Coach team members in analytical methodologies, forecasting techniques, and leadership capabilities while creating individual development plans aligned with career aspirations.
  • Model organizational leadership values and promote accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners and colleagues across Canada and internationally to ensure effective coordination and consistent delivery of forecasting solutions.
  • At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, build strong partnerships, and lead teams toward measurable business outcomes.
  • A postgraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as analytics, mathematics, statistics, business administration, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in reporting and data analysis, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to develop comprehensive reports, analyze complex datasets, and communicate meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or general-purpose programming languages such as Python to support data analysis, forecasting, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns, anticipate business needs, investigate complex issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with forecasting methodologies, workforce planning, capacity management, performance monitoring, and data quality frameworks is highly valuable.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritization, efficiency, adaptability, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven people leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, mentor, and develop team members while fostering accountability and professional growth.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder needs and operational performance.
  • Certified Product Owner credentials and/or relevant Agile leadership training are considered assets.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification is preferred.
  • Competitive compensation and a comprehensive total rewards program, including performance-based bonuses.
  • Flexible benefits designed to support employees' individual needs and overall well-being.
  • Leadership support through coaching, mentoring, and opportunities to take on new responsibilities.
  • A dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking team environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunities for professional development, career progression, and personal growth.
  • The chance to influence strategic forecasting capabilities, strengthen workforce planning, and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.
  • Full-time, salaried employment with a standard workweek of 37.5 hours.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
