-Zarządzanie podległym zespołem: Codzienna organizacja, planowanie oraz delegowanie zadań dla techników i telemonterów na podległym obszarze. -Utrzymanie infrastruktury: Monitorowanie stanu technicznego sieci, planowanie prac konserwacyjnych oraz koordynowanie i nadzorowanie usuwania awarii (zapewnienie ciągłości działania). -Nadzór nad realizacją zleceń: Kontrola terminowości i jakości prac, weryfikacja merytoryczna zrealizowanych zadań oraz identyfikacja ryzyk projektowych. -Gospodarka zasobami: Nadzór nad budżetem działu (kontrola kosztów, optymalizacja wydatków) oraz zarządzanie gospodarką materiałową i narzędziami. -Współpraca i relacje: Bezpośredni kontakt z kontrahentami i podwykonawcami oraz ścisła współpraca z działem logistyki, magazynem, rozliczeniami i dyspozytornią. -Dbanie o standardy: Przestrzeganie procedur wewnętrznych Spółki, przepisów BHP oraz standardów Systemu Zarządzania Jakością ISO 9001.

Praca na terenie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. Godziny pracy: 7:30-15:30

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Kierownik działu w przedsiębiorstwie telekomunikacyjnym uprawnienie - Prawo jazdy kat. B Doświadczenie menedżerskie: Minimum 2-3 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku kierowniczym lub lidera zespołu (mile widziane w strukturach technicznych/utrzymaniowych). Znajomość branży: Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu budowy i utrzymania sieci telekomunikacyjnych/teleinformatycznych. Umiejętności organizacyjne: Doskonała organizacja pracy własnej oraz podległego zespołu, umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu (zarządzanie w sytuacjach awaryjnych). Zorientowanie na cele i koszty: Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, optymalizacji procesów i kontroli budżetu. Kompetencje miękkie: Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne, asertywność, łatwość w budowaniu relacji biznesowych i rozwiązywaniu konfliktów. Prawo jazdy kat. B oraz gotowość do pracy na terenie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. Mile widziane aktualne uprawnienia SEP oraz znajomość norm ISO 9001.
