The posting

· Executar serviços mecânicos durante reformas e instalações prediais;

· Executar instalações e manutenções mecânicas preventivas e corretivas de elementos e equipamentos prediais;

· Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas de equipamentos e sistemas mecânicos em geral, tais como, sistemas e equipamentos de climatização, máquinas rotativas, sistemas de geração a diesel, estruturas mecânicas, sistemas de fixação, equipamentos de transporte vertical e sistemas de combate à incêndio;

· Instalar, substituir, ampliar, modificar, vistoriar, trocar e recuperar componentes de sistemas e equipamentos mecânicos, utilizando instrumentos e ferramentas adequadas;

· Utilizar programas e aplicativos de informática no desempenho de suas atividades;

· Operar sistema de automação predial, atendendo demandas de alterações de configurações de equipamentos vinculados aos sistemas mecânicos;

· Realizar o trabalho com segurança, cumprindo as normas de Segurança do Trabalho e usando equipamentos de proteção (EPI);

· Elaborar desenhos mecânicos, dimensionando materiais e componentes em instalações novas e/ou reformas;

· Zelar pela conservação, limpeza e estado de operação dos instrumentos, equipamentos e locais de trabalho, observando a necessidade de utilização de dispositivos especiais e outros equipamentos relativos ao asseio e ao controle do processo;

· Acompanhar intervenções eletromecânicas, em motobombas e motores elétricos, inclusive montagens e desmontagens por meio de procedimentos padronizados, efetuando reparos, limpeza e aferições;

· executar outras tarefas correlatas, conforme necessidade do serviço e orientação superior;

auxiliar em caráter eventual a qualquer setor de manutenção que necessitar da equipe em caráter emergencial.

Comprovar a qualificação de técnico de nível médio em mecânica ou eletromecânica por meio de Certidão de Registro Profissional emitida pelo CRT.

Ter, no mínimo, 06 (seis) meses de experiência profissional em atividades de manutenção da sua área de especialização, demonstrada através de anotação na Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social

Apresentar comprovante e/ou certificado de conclusão do curso de NR10, NR 33 e NR35.
