Seu desafio no time:

Você atuará no time de Billing, o "coração financeiro da RD", responsável pelo fluxo completo "quote to cash". O desafio é escalar o sistema com segurança, evoluindo um produto que nasceu como interno para atender às crescentes demandas da empresa, mantendo rigor financeiro e fiscal. Além disso, o time está alinhando o front-end com a engenharia da RD, exigindo uma visão ponta a ponta e domínio em React/JavaScript no front e Ruby/banco de dados no back.

Suas principais entregas:

  • Desenvolver e manter serviços backend escaláveis e de alta performance, garantindo qualidade e estabilidade.
  • Implementar testes automatizados (unitários, mockados, end-to-end) para assegurar a robustez do sistema.
  • Evoluir e manter a arquitetura do sistema com boas práticas, modularidade e documentação clara.
  • Monitorar e otimizar a performance dos sistemas em produção, utilizando ferramentas como Datadog e Rollbar.
  • Compartilhar conhecimento e influenciar tecnicamente o time, colaborando com times de produto e engenharia.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Experiência consolidada em desenvolvimento backend com Ruby on Rails.
  • Profundo conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais, especialmente PostgreSQL.
  • Sólida experiência com testes automatizados e arquitetura de software (Clean Architecture, SOLID, Design Patterns).
  • Conhecimento em Docker, Kubernetes e Sidekiq para orquestração e processamento assíncrono.
  • Habilidades de comunicação, colaboração e liderança técnica, com foco em aprendizado contínuo.

Será considerado um diferencial:

  • Experiência com filas de mensageria (RabbitMQ) e Redis para cache e otimização.
  • Vivência em ambientes de alta disponibilidade e estratégias de escalabilidade.
  • Contribuições para a comunidade técnica (artigos, palestras, open source, mentorias).
  • Experiência prévia em equipes de Billing ou áreas correlatas.
  • Familiaridade com tecnologias frontend como React, Vue.js e JavaScript.
