Für unser Sales Service Team in Wien suchen wir einen engagierten Sales Service Agent (w/m/d) in Vollzeit, der mit einem guten Gespür für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und viel Verlässlichkeit unser junges Team bereichert.

Als Sales Service Agent (w/m/d) bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und Interessenten. Dein Fokus liegt auf der schnellen und professionellen Erstansprache – Du gewinnst neue Leads, vereinbarst Termine und begeisterst potenzielle Kunden für unser Produkt. Mit Deinem Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse sorgst Du dafür, dass sich unsere Kunden von Anfang an bestens betreut fühlen.

Deine Mission

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für potenzielle Kunden und findest heraus, wie unsere Lösungen sie am besten unterstützen können.
  • Du organisierst Beratungsgespräche und sorgst dafür, dass Interessenten den passenden Ansprechpartner aus unserem Sales Team treffen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem gesamten Sales Team zusammen, um reibungslose Kommunikation und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zu gewährleisten - gemeinsam erreicht ihr unsere Ziele!

Was macht dich "ready" für uns

  • Du liebst den Austausch mit Kunden am Telefon und hast Spaß daran, ihnen mit herausragendem Service weiterzuhelfen.
  • Verlässlichkeit und Eigenständigkeit sind für Dich selbstverständlich - Du setzt alles daran, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden bestmöglich zu erfüllen.
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Kundenbetreuung? Ein Plus, aber kein Muss!
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind für die Kundenkommunikation wichtig und auch auf Englisch kannst Du Dich klar und verständlich ausdrücken.
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung mit MS Office, Google Workspace und CRM-Tools helfen Dir, Dich schnell in Deine Aufgaben einzuarbeiten.
