  • MECÂNICO DE EIXO Empresa: Real Truck Center Cargo: Mecânico de Eixo Setor: Oficina Regime de contratação: CLT Local de trabalho: Brasília – DF Objetivo do cargo Executar serviços de manutenção preventiva e corretiva em eixos, sistemas de suspensão e componentes relacionados de veículos pesados, garantindo o bom funcionamento, a segurança e a qualidade dos serviços realizados. Principais atividades e responsabilidades Realizar desmontagem e montagem de eixos de caminhões e veículos pesados. Executar serviços de manutenção em cubos de rodas, rolamentos, retentores e componentes relacionados. Realizar substituição e reparo de peças do sistema de eixo. Efetuar inspeções para identificar desgastes, folgas, avarias e possíveis falhas mecânicas. Realizar ajustes e regulagens dos componentes, conforme especificações técnicas. Utilizar ferramentas e equipamentos adequados para execução dos serviços. Seguir os procedimentos técnicos e normas de segurança da empresa. Zelar pela organização e conservação do ambiente de trabalho e das ferramentas. Comunicar ao gestor necessidades de peças, materiais ou serviços adicionais identificados durante a manutenção. Requisitos Experiência comprovada como mecânico de eixo ou em manutenção de veículos pesados. Conhecimento em montagem e desmontagem de eixos, cubos e rolamentos. Conhecimento em ferramentas e equipamentos de oficina. Capacidade de identificar problemas mecânicos e executar reparos. Comprometimento com a qualidade e segurança dos serviços. Competências comportamentais Responsabilidade e comprometimento. Organização e atenção aos detalhes. Proatividade. Trabalho em equipe. Pontualidade e assiduidade. Capacidade de trabalhar com foco em resultados. Respeito às orientações da liderança e aos procedimentos internos. Diferenciais Experiência com manutenção de eixos de caminhões e carretas.
