Manter os ambientes limpos, organizados, seguros e adequados à operação, contribuindo para a conservação das áreas produtivas, administrativas e de uso comum da empresa.

Responsável por executar atividades de limpeza, conservação e organização dos ambientes da empresa, abrangendo áreas produtivas, administrativas, sanitários, corredores, áreas comuns e demais espaços de trabalho. Atua na limpeza programada, apoio à conservação dos ambientes e sinalização de riscos ou necessidades de manutenção, garantindo condições adequadas de higiene, segurança, organização dos ambientes.

Requisitos do Cargo

Escolaridade

Ensino Fundamental completo ou conforme política interna da empresa.

Desejável

Experiência em limpeza, conservação de ambientes, uso de produtos de limpeza, organização de áreas comuns e práticas de 5S.

Experiência

Experiência anterior em serviços gerais, limpeza industrial, limpeza administrativa ou conservação de ambientes será considerada diferencial.

· Executar a limpeza e conservação das áreas produtivas, administrativas, sanitários, corredores e áreas comuns.

· Cumprir a programação de limpeza definida pela empresa, mantendo os ambientes em condições adequadas de uso.

· Repor materiais de higiene, limpeza e uso geral conforme necessidade e orientação da liderança.

· Apoiar a conservação dos ambientes, mobiliários, utensílios e equipamentos de uso comum.

· Realizar coleta, separação e descarte adequado de resíduos conforme orientação interna.

· Sinalizar riscos, irregularidades, danos, vazamentos ou necessidades de manutenção identificadas durante a rotina.

· Manter materiais, produtos e equipamentos de limpeza organizados e armazenados corretamente.

· Utilizar corretamente EPIs, produtos de limpeza e equipamentos, seguindo orientações de segurança.

· Apoiar atividades simples de organização dos ambientes sempre que necessário.

· Cumprir procedimentos internos, normas de segurança, higiene, qualidade e práticas de 5S.

Limpeza Programada

Executar a limpeza diária, periódica ou programada das áreas produtivas, administrativas, sanitários e áreas comuns.

Conservação dos Ambientes

Manter pisos, bancadas, móveis, equipamentos de uso comum e espaços de circulação em condições adequadas de limpeza e uso.

Reposição de Materiais

Repor papel, sabonete, álcool, sacos de lixo e demais materiais de higiene e limpeza conforme necessidade.

Coleta de Resíduos

Coletar, separar, encaminhar e descartar resíduos de acordo com orientação interna e práticas de organização.

Apoio à Organização

Apoiar a organização de salas, áreas de apoio, ambientes produtivos e espaços comuns quando solicitado.

Sinalização de Riscos

Identificar e comunicar riscos, danos, vazamentos, irregularidades ou situações que possam comprometer segurança e conservação.

Controle de Materiais

Zelar pelo uso correto, economia, armazenamento e conservação dos produtos e equipamentos de limpeza.

Segurança e 5S

Utilizar EPIs, seguir procedimentos de segurança e apoiar a manutenção da limpeza, organização e disciplina dos ambientes.
