Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres OP-Teams eine engagierte Operationstechnische Assistenz (m/w/d), Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (32 Std./ Woche Mo-Fr) für unsere REALEYES Augenklinik Theresienhöhe.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Instrumentieren, Assistieren und Springertätigkeiten bei operativen Eingriffen
  • Gemeinsam im Team sorgen Sie für reibungslose OP-Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Nachsorge unserer PatientInnen bei ambulanten Operationen
  • Sach- und fachgerechte Reinigung, Sterilisation und Pflege unserer hochwertigen medizinischen Instrumente

Als Teil unseres Teams repräsentieren Sie unsere REALEYES Standorte und schaffen eine freundliche und vertrauenswürdige Umgebung für unsere Patienten. Sie arbeiten verantwortungsvoll und professionell an unseren Prozessen im OP mit, können Ihre Fachkenntnisse im medizinischen Bereich stets erweitern und auf Wunsch auch weitere abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten übernehmen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als OTA (m/w/d), MFA (m/w/d) oder GuK (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung im OP-Bereich und in steriler Arbeit
  • Erfahrung in der Augenheilkunde ist von Vorteil
  • Empathie und ein offenes Ohr – für Patienten, Kollegen und Vorgesetzte gleichermaßen
  • Serviceeinstellung, um Patienten verständnisvoll zu betreuen
  • Teamgeist, Engagement und Flexibilität
  • Zusätzliche Qualifikationen wie Hygieneschulung oder Fortbildungen im Bereich Sterilisation sind von Vorteil
