The posting

Overview

The Search & AI Visibility Fulfillment Analyst I is responsible for auditing and implementing website optimizations across Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for various-range portfolios. This role focuses on end-to-end technical audits, on-page and structural fixes, and AI-readiness improvements, while building foundational strategic and cross-functional capabilities. The Analyst I works closely with the US Fulfillment QA Specialists, Team Leads, Manager and internal fulfillment teams to implement effective search and AI-visibility strategies, analyze performance across traditional and generative search surfaces, and recommend optimizations that support client objectives. This role serves as a developmental analyst position, preparing the individual to take on higher-complexity, higher-value accounts over time.

Responsibilities

  • Execute technical SEO audits for various range accounts, identifying crawlability, indexing, site structure, and on-page issues, and implementing established fixes.
  • Conduct AEO/GEO audits assessing AI-readability, content structure, schema markup, and entity clarity, using established checklists and audit frameworks.
  • Implement AI-search protocols on assigned websites under guidance from senior team members.
  • Monitor AI citation and brand visibility across generative search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) using established tracking tools, and flag notable changes.
  • Optimize on-page content, headings, and Q&A-style structures to improve extractability and citation likelihood by AI answer engines, working from provided content briefs.
  • Prepare clear and accurate audit and performance reports, summarizing findings, fixes implemented, and recommended next steps for internal review.
  • Participate in US Fulfillment QA Specialists, Demand Drivers discussions, including audit walkthroughs and performance discussions, with guidance from senior analysts and team leads as needed.
  • Manage routine Salesforce tasks related to assigned accounts, including audit requests, website update requests, and basic account changes.
  • Support cross-channel alignment by ensuring SEO, AEO, and GEO work is executed cohesively with content and brand teams for assigned or shared-volume accounts.
  • Stay current on evolving search algorithms, LLM behavior, and AI search protocols, applying learnings to improve audit accuracy and implementation quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing are preferred; willingness to pursue AEO/GEO-specific certifications as they emerge is expected.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, technical website audits, or digital marketing, preferably in a multi-account or agency-style environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute website audits and implement optimization fixes with guidance and established frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and at least one SEO audit tool (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Basic familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and how generative AI platforms surface and cite web content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain audit findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Willingness to report to the office at least two times per week and work on a night-shift schedule.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Required:

  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic technical concepts.
  • Working knowledge of AEO and GEO principles, including how AI answer engines and generative platforms retrieve, structure, and cite content.
  • Familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and AI-crawling protocols (e.g., llms.txt), with the ability to implement using defined guidelines.
  • Proficiency in analytics and audit tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and at least one SEO/AI-visibility platform at a foundational level.
  • Ability to analyze audit and performance data and identify basic issues and optimization opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution discipline when implementing technical fixes and content updates.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and client updates.
  • Ability to follow established processes while developing independent judgment over time.
  • Adaptability to rapidly evolving search algorithms, AI platforms, and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
