Job Description: We are actively building a pool of skilled and reliable Virtual Assistants for upcoming opportunities with our clients. As a part of our talent pool, you will be considered for various roles based on your skills, experience, and availability. Key Responsibilities (may vary by role): Manage emails and calendars for executives or teams Conduct online research and data entry tasks Assist with social media management (e.g., content creation, posting, scheduling) Coordinate meetings and appointments Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations Provide customer support via email or chat Perform other administrative, marketing, or operational tasks as required Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role Proficiency in [Tools: e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Slack, etc.] Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with [specific skills/tools, e.g., Canva, CRM software, etc.] is a plus Reminders: This is not an immediate job opening but a chance to be prioritized for future opportunities.
