Willkommen bei Rebike Mobility – Deutschlands Nr. 1 im Recommerce für E-Bikes. Seit 2018 geben wir gebrauchten E-Bikes ein zweites Leben und betreiben Europas größtes, modernstes Refurbishment-Zentrum im schönen Allgäu. Mit rund 200 Rebikern treiben wir die Mobilitätswende, den Klimaschutz und die Ressourcenschonung voran. Was uns ausmacht: Teamgeist über Standorte hinweg, echte Wertschätzung für jede Idee und überdurchschnittlich attraktive Benefits, die Spaß machen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Ansprechpartner für die Führungskräfte
  • Bestellung und Ausgabe (Lebensmittel, Büromaterial, Arbeitskleidung)
  • IT-Support am Standort (Verwaltung IT-Equipment, Einrichten der Arbeitsplätze, Kontakt zu externem Dienstleister)
  • Erstellung von Aushängen, Rundmails und Wiki-Einträgen zur standortbezogenen Kommunikation
  • Organisation der Handkasse Kempten sowie der Schließanlage
  • Verwaltung unserer Mitarbeiterwohnungen
  • Unterstützung bei On- und Offboarding Mitarbeiter Kempten und Werksführung für Probearbeiter
  • Organisation und Koordination von Events und externen Besuchen
  • Koordination Putz- und Küchendienst

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Sekretariat, Office Management, als Teamassistenz oder im Empfangsbereich, Hotellerie, Service, Dienstleistung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und Offenheit für neue digitale Tools
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichen Niveau und gute Verständigung auf Englisch
  • Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Fähigkeit, auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
