Alle IT-vragen van medewerkers bij de Rechtbank Limburg komen bij jou terecht. Rechtstreeks of via ons KlantContactCenter. Dus ook vragen van rechters en griffiers, bijvoorbeeld bij een IT-probleem in de zittingszaal. Dan zorg jij dat de zaak geen verdere vertraging oploopt. Je draagt bij aan de digitalisering en toegankelijkheid van de Nederlandse rechtspraak. Dat maakt jouw rol erg belangrijk.

Als Medewerker IT-Support maak je deel uit van een lokaal IV-team en heb je dagelijks persoonlijk contact met gebruikers. Deze melden zich bij het lokale ICT-loket of jij gaat bij ze langs op hun eigen werkplek. Hierom is fysieke aanwezigheid noodzakelijk.

Je handelt vragen en storingen zoveel mogelijk zelf af, van werkplekautomatisering, AV-middelen tot onze lokale infrastructuur. Maar het is natuurlijk nog mooier als je problemen signaleert en oplost vóórdat de gebruikers er last van hebben. Ook help je mee met de IT-beveiliging. Heeft een gebruiker een speciaal verzoek? Dan denk jij, binnen de kaders, mee over een maatwerkoplossing.

Je gaat actief op zoek naar informatie, bijvoorbeeld in ons eigen kennissysteem. Dat systeem help je bovendien up-to-date te houden. Als je hulp nodig hebt kun je overleggen met je eigen team of met de landelijke collega's van IVO Rechtspraak. Je bent waar nodig bereid om buiten de ‘reguliere kantooruren’ te werken, bijvoorbeeld ’s avonds of in het weekend.

Er staat je dus een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke baan te wachten. Bovendien is geen dag hetzelfde. Natuurlijk kun je je verder ontwikkelen door bijvoorbeeld ook functioneel beheer taken aan te leren, door mee te werken aan projecten, cursussen te volgen en/of door er na extra taken bij te krijgen.

Je hebt een relevante ICT-opleiding op minimaal mbo-niveau 3 (Nederland) of secundair onderwijs met onderwijskwalificatie niveau 3 (België) afgerond.

Je beheerst het Nederlands mondeling en schriftelijk op minimaal B2-niveau.

Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.

Je hebt ITIL-Foundation diploma, minimaal v3 of de bereidheid deze te halen.

Je hebt kennis van werkplekautomatisering, infrastructuur en liefst ook van AV-apparatuur.
