Jouw baan als Technisch Adviseur bij RECO

Als Technisch Adviseur Accommodaties ben jij vanaf de eerste klantvraag betrokken bij het project. Je komt te werken binnen de afdeling Accommodaties, waar we tijdelijke accommodatieoplossingen verzorgen voor uiteenlopende projecten. Denk aan kantoor- en schaftunits, sanitaire voorzieningen en complete tijdelijke huisvesting op een bouwlocatie.

Je gaat met de klant in gesprek, brengt de wensen en situaties in kaart en denkt mee over de beste oplossing. Indien nodig doe je een projectopname om de situatie op de locatie te beoordelen. Vervolgens vertaal je de klantvraag naar een passende offerte en technische uitwerking.

Is de offerte akkoord? Dan zorg jij ervoor dat de opdracht goed wordt voorbereid. Je maakt de opdracht aan, werkt de details uit en zorgt dat alle informatie compleet is. Daarna stem je de benodigde werkzaamheden, materialen en planning af met de werkplaats en transport.

Zo ben je betrokken bij het hele traject: van eerste klantcontact en advies tot werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering en retourproces. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt en op het juiste moment geregeld is.

Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

✅ Je voert indien nodig een projectopname uit;

✅ Je adviseert klanten en vertaalt hun wensen naar een passende accommodatieoplossing en offerte;

✅ Je maakt technische tekeningen in AutoCAD;

✅ Na akkoord van de klant maak je de opdracht aan en verzorg je de eerste werkvoorbereiding;

✅ Je stemt materialen, werkzaamheden en planning af met de werkplaats en transport;

✅ Je bewaakt de voortgang, houdt overzicht en coördineert ook de retouren.

Wat breng jij mee?

👍 Ervaring in een technische, commerciële of werkvoorbereiders functie is mooi meegenomen;

👍 MBO werk -en denkniveau en technisch inzicht;

👍 Je hebt ervaring met AutoCAD;

👍 Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en weet een klantvraag te vertalen naar een passende oplossing;

👍 Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten;

👍 Je bent proactief, denkt in oplossingen en werkt graag samen met verschillende collega's;

👍 Je hebt een VCA-VOL of bent bereid dit via RECO te behalen.
