Area Sales Manager / PLZ: 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 66, 67 (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau eines spannenden Bereiches in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Bestandskunden sowie Analyse und Entwicklung unserer bestehenden Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Gewinnung von Neukunden und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Förderung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden in allen vertrieblichen, kaufmännischen und die Branche betreffenden Aufgabenstellungen
  • Abschluss von Vertragsvereinbarungen mit Umsatz- und Deckungsbeitrag-Verantwortung
  • Durchführung von Schulungen bei Kunden
  • Systematische Vor- und Nachbereitung Ihrer Vertriebsaktivitäten sowie kontinuierliches Reporting im CRM-System

Dein Profil

  • Sie haben praktische Erfahrung im operativen Vertriebsaußendienst und können sich für unsere Dienstleistung begeistern.
  • Sie können sehr gut kommunizieren und überzeugen. Ihnen fällt es leicht, Kontakte und Beziehungen zu Menschen aufzubauen.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Erfahrungen im Bereich Dienstleistung, vorzugsweise im Abfallmanagement.
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihre zielorientierte Handlungsweise und konnten bereits Ihr erfolgreiches Akquise- und Abschlusstalent unter Beweis stellen.
  • Vertrieb basiert auf Initiative. Daher gehört ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit und unternehmerisches Denken zu Ihren Eigenschaften.
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen sowie Reisebereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab.
